       KINGTOOLS proudly manufactures high-caliber tungsten carbide welding rods, meticulously crafted from sintered tungsten carbide particles and a high-tensile alloy. The welding rod substrate is meticulously selected from copper or nickel, with the coating serving both a functional and identifying role. The application of the tungsten carbide welding electrode is executed through the oxyacetylene brazing method.

For precision cutting applications, tungsten carbide hardfacing welding rods featuring larger particles are recommended, while smaller particles are preferred for applications requiring enhanced wear resistance.
